🌿✨NEW EVENING YOGA FOR WOMEN 🌿 Whiston & Rainhill | 7–8 pm Re-Energise Your Body, Mind & Spirit Beginners Welcome ✨Starting July & September 💛 Soothe Your Soul, Re-Energise Your Body, Mind & Spirit Hi, I'm Wendy Moran from Amity Yoga Wellness, and I'm so excited to be launching two new evening yoga classes for women this summer and autumn. Have you been thinking about trying yoga but never quite found the right class? Or perhaps you've been meaning to return to your practice and make some time for yourself again? These new women-only classes are a beautiful opportunity to step away from the demands of daily life and enjoy an hour dedicated entirely to your wellbeing. Through gentle Hatha Yoga, calming breathwork, relaxation, and mindful movement, you'll have the chance to release tension, quieten a busy mind, and reconnect with yourself.
