Platform role and disclaimer

WeNowGo is an online platform that aggregates and displays event information.

Events listed on WeNowGo are sourced from publicly available online content and/or submitted by users, venues, or event organisers.

WeNowGo is not an event organiser, ticket seller, venue operator, or promoter.

WeNowGo does not:

• organise or host events,
• sell tickets,
• process entry or bookings,
• control or operate third-party events.

All event listings are provided by third parties. WeNowGo makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, legality, quality, safety, or reliability of any event or third-party service.

Attendance at any event is at the user’s own risk. Any interactions or transactions between users and event organisers are solely between those parties.

Advertising Services

WeNowGo provides advertising and promotional services only. Payments made to WeNowGo relate exclusively to advertising and visibility services and do not relate to ticketing or event access.

WeNowGo may modify advertising products, pricing, and placements at any time.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
