Billing, Refunds & Cancellations
WeNowGo provides digital advertising and promotional services.
By purchasing Ad Tokens, token packs, or subscriptions, you agree to the following billing terms.
Token packs (one-off purchases)
All token pack purchases are final and non-refundable.
Once tokens are credited to an account, they cannot be refunded, exchanged, or converted into money.
- Unused tokens have no cash value.
- Unused or expired tokens are not refundable.
Subscriptions
Subscription plans provide a recurring monthly allowance of Ad Tokens.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account settings or by contacting billing@wenowgo.com.
After cancellation:
- the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period,
- no further charges will be made,
- unused tokens will expire at the end of the billing cycle,
- unused tokens are not refundable.
Monthly subscription tokens expire at the end of each billing month.
Promotional placements
Once a promotion, boost, or placement has been activated, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
WeNowGo does not guarantee views, attendance, ticket sales, or outcomes from any promotion.

If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact billing@wenowgo.com before raising a dispute or chargeback.
