Join our West Bridgford Social Prescribing Community Hub for sessions and information on health, wellbeing and social connections. Discover the joy of cooking and connecting with others in a friendly and interactive environment. Each session includes a live cooking demonstration where you’ll help with preparation, learn new skills and share a delicious lunch together. What we'll be making: Vegetarian lasagne. Allergies: Wheat and milk. Please let us know if you have any food allergies or special dietary needs. This session is for ages 18+ only. A small fee applies to this session to help support the Hub’s ongoing operation and sustainability. Priority is given to Rushcliffe residents. Participants from outside the area are welcome, however, an additional charge may apply.
