About this event
- Join our free informal run on Saturday mornings! - We run a variety of mostly flat routes of around 7k. We also welcome new runners who want to run/walk 5k. - ALL abilities are welcome but you do need to be able to run/walk 5k without stopping, at whatever pace. - We're a very friendly English & Spanish speaking bunch - join us for coffee or breakfast after! -You MUST let us know in advance if you´re coming, in case the event is cancelled or changed at the last minute.
