In addition to being a DJ for over 20 years and a therapist specializing in addictions, codependency, and trauma, I have spent the last 10 years guiding conscious movement sessions, inspired by 5Rhythms and other practices that help us listen to our bodies and connect with our essence. My intention is to create a safe space where we can express ourselves authentically, embrace the light and shadow of life, and share with others from a place of truth."
